We ship using Canada Post Expedited to destinations in Canada and Canada Post Small or Tracked Packet to abroad except for the USA and will endeavor to ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it. Some orders of yarns or rovings may take up to 10 days to be prepared for shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can monitor the status of shipping.

USA Customers:  Please note that due to the cancellation of the de minimus exemption and the fact that we must collect the US tariffs and pay brokerage fees prior to shipping, we no longer fulfill orders to be shipped to the US.
